FAQ's

When will you be delivering my order?

Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the following working day. However, you will receive an email to confirm your delivery date.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Delivery is an all day appointment and we regret that we are unable to advise you what time your purchase will be delivered. But, if you have created an account with World of Barstools, you will be able to see the tracking number for your parcel on your account.

My bar stool has arrived but there is a problem (incorrect/part missing/damaged). What do I do?

Please contact us using the 'Contact Us' page on our website and we will contact you to resolve the matter to your satisfaction where possible. Please include as much information as possible and email photographs of any damage to sales@worldofbarstools.com. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Will you offer a discount if I purchase more than 1 bar stool?

Our prices are already very competitive, so we are pretty confident you won't find our bar stools cheaper anywhere else.

I’m interested in buying a large quantity of bar stools from you. How do I go about doing so?

If you wish to order more than 10 or more bar stools, please send an email to sales@worldofbarstools.com and we will come back to you with a price. Make sure you tell us which bar stools you wish to purchase in bulk and the colour.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from all major Credit and Debit cards, and also PayPal.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, collection of your order is not possible. We offer a free delivery service.

I work all week and cannot take time off to accept the delivery.

We can deliver to a different address. Please specify the address you want us to deliver to when you place your order.

My order is out of stock. When will it be delivered?

Please refer to the product description. At the top of the page, it will give you the most up to date information that we have regarding the product you have ordered. However, please be assured that as soon as the product is back in stock, we will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.

I won’t be at the property on the day you have advised for delivery. What do I do?

We prefer that our customers are at the specified delivery address so as the parcel can be signed for. However, if it is not possible, you must firstly email us to advise us. Secondly, you will need to leave a signed instruction on your front door for the delivery driver to leave either with a neighbour or at a place at the property specified by you (porch, behind side gate). Please note, we will accept no responsibility for any goods going missing in these cases.

Can you advise the measurements of a bar stool?
