Delivery is free of charge to all UK mainland customers, and all orders unless requested otherwise are sent out on our standard next working day service. We deliver all of our goods with the well-known courier HDNL, and all of our goods our insured for your protection. PLEASE NOTE, orders placed before 2pm will leave our warehouse the same working day, for delivery to your door the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm will leave our warehouse the following working day for delivery to your door the working day after that. We also offer a before 12 noon service, at a cost of £13.99 and a before 10am service, at a cost of £23.99. Saturday deliveries can also be arranged at a surcharge of £19.99.
Once your order has been received and processed, you will be notified by email to confirm the delivery of your order. You will also be provided with the tracking number, upon which you will be able to visit the relevant courier website and track the status of your order.
Delivery is an all day appointment, we regret that we are unable to advise a time for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE - The Free Next Working Day service is offered to UK mainland customers only, delivery can also be arranged to Northern Ireland at a surcharge of £12.99 for a 2 working day service, or £19.99 for a next working day service.We can also arrange a delivery service to any offshore island at a cost of £12.99, all of which are subject to a 2 working day service only.
We currently do not offer a delivery service to Jersey or Guernsey, nor do we deliver outside of the UK.
*A Working Day is classed as Monday – Friday, therefore not including Weekends or Bank Holidays.
**Orders placed by 2pm. Example 1, order placed at 1pm Monday. Goods will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Example 2, order placed at 1pm Friday. Goods will be despatched Friday for delivery on Monday. Example 3, order placed at 1pm on Saturday. Goods will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Under the Distance Selling regulations, you are entitled to return your item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.
If you wish to return the item, please contact us first via the 'contact us' link on our website, and ensure all the items are posted back to us in the original packaging, and state they were sent out in. Please note - we will not accept the return of any bar stool that has been assembled or used. Once the items have been returned to us, they will first be inspected, and any refunds due will then be processed to the same card that you made payment with within a 30 day period. Any items found to be either already assembled, used, or not in a re -sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
