FAQ's

When will you be delivering my order?

If the item you have ordered is in stock, and your order was placed before 4pm on a working day, it will be delivered the following working day. If your order was placed over a weekend or a bank holiday it will be despatched the next working day, for delivery the working day after that.

If the item you have ordered is a back order, your item will be despatched as soon as it is back into stock on our next working day service. You will be emailed before hand to confirm your order has been despatched, and you will receive order updates throughout the whole process.

How do I know if the item I want to order is in stock or out of stock?

You can refer to the 'availability' section on each product to check. 'Availability' can be seen at the top of each product description, above the 'add to cart' button. It will either display the item as being 'in stock' or it will show an estimated arrival date of when it will be coming back into stock.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Delivery is an all day appointment and we regret that we are unable to advise you what time your order will be delivered. However, we can tell you your item will be delivered between 8am and 6pm, and if you have created an account with World Of Bar Stools, you will also be able to track your order within your account to see how far how far along the process it is.

My bar stool has arrived but there is a problem. What do I do?

Please contact us using via the contact us page on our website, and we will aim to resolve the matter to your full satisfaction as soon as possible. 

I’m interested in buying a large quantity of bar stools from you. How do I go about doing so?

If you wish to order 10 items or over, please contact us via the buy in bulk page on our website and we will respond to you within 24 hours with a competitive quotation. Please detail which model and colour you are enquiring about, aswell as the volume of units you are interested in purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, aswell as Paypal, cash and cheque. You can also arrange payment by bank transfer by contacting us for our account details first.

Can I come and visit your showroom?

Yes of course. Please visit our find a showroom page for further details regarding this, and our full address. 

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes collection from our warehouse is possible. However please contact us first to arrange this, so your goods can be ready for you when you arrive.

I work all week and cannot take time off to accept the delivery.

We can deliver to a different address. Please specify the address you want us to deliver to when you place your order. Delivery to a work address is also possible.

My order is out of stock. When will it be delivered?

Please refer to the product description. At the top of the page, it will give you the most up to date information that we have regarding the product you have ordered. However, please be assured that as soon as the product is back into stock, we will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.
